Get Juicy Baby Lips In An Instant - Japan Choosy Lip Pack Review

Japan Choosy Lip Pack Review

After trying the lip packs I got from March's NoMakeNoLife (NMNL) Beauty Box, here is my review!

I was very eager and excited to try the lip masks because of their wildly eye-popping & attractive packaging and the novel idea of a lip mask. Even though I know there are brands like Etude House selling lip masks too, I was not moved enough to go out and get one to try. After all, my lip balm was handy enough. But now's the chance!

I had Peach and Gold Pearl to try.
The lip mask was easy to use and it stayed on my lips without dropping even after 30minutes. But of course, I had to mould the mask well to my lips when I stuck it on at the beginning so that it would stay on well. Just like how you would stretch the plaster a little bit to make it more tacky and stick better, I did the same for the mask.

The gold pearl lip mask was a glittery gold shimmer silicon type of material and it stretches and formed well against the shape of my lips to cover all parts of the lips easily. There was no smell or scent.

Even though I did not put the lip mask in the refrigerator for a icy cool effect as I always do for my other skincare products, funnily enough the lip masks had a slightly menthol feeling on my lips. Surprisingly, it was cooling.

My lips were moisturised after putting it on for 30mins and a nice natural pink colour. While the dry lips were not magically cured, the effects of the lip masks lasted up to a day. I find the effects minimal though. So, just like how I use masks to prep the face before an event or a full day of heavy makeup, I will just use the lip masks to revive my lips for a day out.
